Reset System.in after build

           Summary: Reset System.in after build
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6Alpha (nightly)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: Darin_Swanson@us.ibm.com

In Main.runBuild(ClassLoader), System.err, System.out and System.in are all
remapped.

Only System.err and System.out are restored after the build finishes.
I believe System.in should be reset as well.
