Request for inclusion in 0.32

Hi Justin,

Two requests for inclusion into 0.32:

QPID-6406 -  r1661531 - Important defect fix to the part of the code
underlying the Broker's core model.  Corrects a defect where object
mutations would cause many more writes to the storage than were strictly
necessary.  Reviewed by Rob.


QPID-6407 - r1661693 - Fixes a defect in the UI that prevented an edit
dialogue from being populated properly.  Changes isolated to the web UI.
Reviewed by Alex (Oleksandr).

In addition to the two below,  can we also request:

QPID-6408 - r1661741 -  Minor change to enable a field in the Port tab
within the UI.  Required to allow the user to make use of QPID-6165 (which
is already part of 0.32).  Reviewed by Rob.

You will be receiving one additional request from Alex later this morning,
then I am expecting there should be no more RFI for Java.
