PORTING & Filesystem question

In the PORTING document we have a line that says "Filesystem?"

Almost nobody fills this out, so it's questionable what it's value is.

In addition, it's not clear to me what it means.  Is this referring
to SVN linking against BDB and passing make check?

Yes; I think the PORTING file is still useful, but it's a tendency to
grow stale.  Feel free to make any changes you think appropriate in
there, IMHO :-).

All of the fs-related tests - commit, update, etc...  Perhaps
it'd be better called Repository. -- justin
