Description:
org.apache.flink.formats.json.JsonRowSerializationSchema#convert
the param info is Deserialized from config ;
eg: info is Types.Boolean and it will not result true by contition
info == Types.BOOLEAN; beause java serialized and Deserialized will create new obj;
so the operator '==' will return false.
