[JMETER ISSUE #61078]

Hello,
I tried to work with this issue. As mentioned in the issue description the
bug is in the "TestStatCalculatorPercentile.java" class. But when I
searched that class in the source code there was no class by that name, but
there were a class called "StatCalculator.java" which appeared as the
corresponding class to the issue. I need to know that whether that class
("StatCalculator.java") is the correct class which includes the error.
Regards!

There were two commands to run and verify that the build is successful,
before adding a patch. When I ran the command "ant package-and-check"
build failed. The same thing happened with the original source code also.
Could someone suggest me a reason for that?
Thank you!

The way I'm reading #61078, TestStatCalculatorPercentile.java is a new
test added as an attachment to that issue.
