Jetspeed 2 question

Hi,

I installed Jetspeed 2 and build my first portlet. 
However I had to modify the PSML file to make my
portlet appear.

This is more of a beginner question and would
appreciate an answer...

I would like to know if the PSML can be modified by a
graphic tool to add new portlet on a page, remove one,
etc?  Something like an administrative portlet?
