No way to specify search on rootDSE in search dialog

The search dialog does not allow the empty string for the search base which is needed when searching the RootDSE.
I filed this as a bug because it's a required aspect of search that has been overlooked. I think simply defaulting to
the empty string when no base is provided should suffice in the dialog logic.
Perhaps this should be fixed before the next release since it's a very common search operation to perform especially
for admins.
