[beanutils] [collections] BeanMap

[collections] currently has a BeanMap class that wraps a JavaBean in a Map.
Should this not reside in [beanutils]? (I may have asked this before!)

Basically, I'm trying to kick everything inappropriate out of [collections]
and this seems inappropriate.

Stephen
