[jira] [Created] (STORM-3327) Storm-webapp uses default charset for URL encoding in a bunch of places

Stig Rohde Døssing created STORM-3327:
-----------------------------------------

Summary: Storm-webapp uses default charset for URL encoding in a bunch of places
                 Key: STORM-3327
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STORM-3327
             Project: Apache Storm
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: storm-webapp
    Affects Versions: 2.0.0
            Reporter: Stig Rohde Døssing
            Assignee: Stig Rohde Døssing

I think we should use UTF-8, the URLEncoder Javadoc recommends it, linking to https://www.w3.org/TR/html40/appendix/notes.html#non-ascii-chars.
