I was able to get the activity plugin to work in an project 
inheritance setup.
I also introduced dependency on changelog-plugin and commons-loging
becuause otherwise it was failing when run directly (as opposed to
being called by site:generate target.
    Changes:

Description:
Developer activity report does not seem to work when using <extend> in project.xml. The report is just empty.

Are we sure the <developer> entries get exported from the extended project.xml?
