[I] casbin plugin [apisix-dashboard]

satishviswanathan opened a new issue, #2872:

   ### Issue description
   
   casbin model.conf not loaded
   
   ### Expected behavior
   
   casbin policy to be executed
   
   ### How to Reproduce
   
   Configure as shown in the screenshot. I believe the path where the model and policy needs to be placed is wrong. please advice.
