Does anybody have an idea why Jenkins doesn't find the jcasgen-maven-plugin?
It is at that location, just that it uses a time-stamped SNAPSHOT version.
Normally, Maven should look in the maven-metadata.xml to resolve the
2.4.1-SNAPSHOT to the actual 2.4.1-20130601.150519-1 version. 

Is there anything special about Maven plugins that this doesn't work?
