Here's another jar file with the id tag removed.

Yes, the install jar file referenced in the URL of the upload 
request will install the "standalone-compiler.jar".  However, 
the "izpack.jar" attachment contains "standalone-compiler-3.8.0.jar"
which follows the maven repository convention.

When installed by the installer, the standalone-compiler.jar has no version number.
