The page http://db.apache.org/derby/releases/release-10.15.1.3.html contains 6 copies of the menu item:
- The Apache Software Foundation

Only the last one is needed.

Similarly for 
http://db.apache.org/derby/releases/release-10.13.1.1.html
http://db.apache.org/derby/releases/release-10.12.1.1.html
http://db.apache.org/derby/releases/release-10.10.2.0.html
etc.
