sounds like http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-1634 which will be in
the next release

the fix is already in trunk, so you can either build the plugin from source
or use the
2.1.0-SNAPSHOT from
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots
