Add a PGP key to your Apache profile

Just a quick reminder to committers:  if you have a PGP key (you’ll need to one to help with releases) please update your profile include your key fingerprint.  Log in to http://id.apache.org with your Apache credentials and set the "OpenPGP Public Key Primary Fingerprint” field.

If you don’t have a PGP key, here are some instructions:
