Axis user's guide broken

In the user's guide:

Under "Custom deployment - introducing WSDD" there is text missing 
immediately after the sample WSDD file.

There is also lots of text missing under "Using the AdminClient" and 
under "More deployment - Handlers and chains"

I'm pretty sure there'll be more missing bits. I thought it might have 
something to do with incorrect HTML hiding the text but the text is not 
in the HTML at all.

I hope no-one is using the User's guide because they will be very confused!!

To everyone: should problems like this be filed as bugs or just reported 
to the mailing list?
