Log4Net Viewer

I am currently using RollingFileAppender for my C# application, is there
any tool(written in .net) that can be used to view logfile of
RollingFileAppender.

my favourite is baretail, you can find it at: http://www.baremetalsoft.com/.
But in Principle any tail-like software will do, I guess.
