          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Unknown
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: srikanth_s_india@hotmail.com

Hi,
We are using Tomcat 4.1.18 and the Tomcat Database connection pooling
mechanism. Unfortunately it looks like there is no way by which I can explictly
state that abandoned connections should be instantly killed OR recycled as soon
as the time out is reached.

thanx,

Srikanth. S.
