   `CREATE TABLE [USING]` is a reference to the[ databricks spark docs](https://docs.databricks.com/sql/language-manual/sql-ref-syntax-ddl-create-table-using.html), I'll adjust it to `[CREATE OR] REPLACE TABLE` to be more intuitive
