Coding guidelines?

Are there any guidelines defined for the project? For example, where 
{}'s go or the order of imports?

For those using IdeaJ, I would also suggest we use global names for 
libraries rather than including them in each module. Then all we have to 
do is keep the logical names in sync and do not need to worry about 
where the files actually are on people's machines.
