We've moved a lot of directories around on Debian and Ubuntu, to be more
standards compliant. The new location is /usr/lib/xcp/plugins/.
Are you attempting to get CloudStack running on XCP Ubuntu?

Yah, I want create a virtual appliance with CloudStack and xcp Ubuntu installed.
