New version of Jetty plugin w/profiling option available

New version of Jetty plugin w/profiling option available.

Version 1.0.4 is out. Easily launch web applications into Jetty from within
Eclipse.

Also, a complimentary feature is available that integrates the launcher with
Konstantin Scheglov's excellent Profiler Plugin. (Note that the profiler
plugin must be installed separately). Now its just as easy to profile your
web apps!.
