Now, this is o.k.
I create one directory for each project inside of the directory svn, and
I had access my project thus:
http://localhost:4000/myproject1
The Forbidden still it appear when I try to access the root folder, but
without problems.

Marcos,
the error is normal. However, next Subversion release 1.3 can create
an overview page of all your repositories on the root folder.
