Hi Jason,
1. sure, everything can be proposed when the follow-on version of JSR
168 starts
2. no, there is no such list besides the appendix in the current spec.
The spec leads of the follow-on JSR will decide this together with the
new Expert Group.
3. you need to become JCP member and apply for an EG that you are
interested in. Then it is up to the spec lead of this JSR to accept you
or not for the EG. Or you can provide feedback for JSRs that have frist
drafts or public drafts.

or will it only the same bunch as last time?
