   I'm currently overriding the beads dateChooser.DateChooserView and dateChooser.DateChooserMouseController where I add two more header buttons that change the year. You have to make the buttons in the view and add them to the header component then add the listeners and the handlers in the Controller. Working on making this a bead that honors "yearNavigationEnabled", but could be awhile.
