Resolution: Fixed
Fixed in trunk.
The tool is embedded in the iPOJO-Ant-Task, but can be use without Ant or anything:
usage: java -jar org.apache.felix.ipojo.ant-1.9.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
-h,--help print this message
-i,--input <input file> the input jar file
-m,--metadata <metadata file> the XML metadata file
-o,--output <output file> the output jar file, if not set the manipulation replaces the input file
