As SOLR-15501 points out, Solr doesn't always need explicit credentials to talk to GCS. Solr deployments running within GCP itself can use features like "[Workload Identity](https://cloud.google.com/kubernetes-engine/docs/how-to/workload-identity)" or the Compute Engine Metadata Server to authorize their requests to GCS without providing explicit credentials.
Administrators running in GKE are likely taking advantage of these features already - we should make `gcsCredentialSecret` optional so that admins can control Solr's backup access using them too if they'd like.
