As noted by Niall Pemberton, ChainedTilesContextFactory logs a missing elementary TilesContextFactory with a stacktrace.
This could seam an error to the user, so this case should be logged, but without stack trace (at least at WARN level).

I reopen this issue because, as noted by Ricardo Zuasti, the WARN level is too high. INFO should be enough.

Resolution: Fixed
ChainedTilesContextFactory now logs missing elementary TilesContextFactory without a stacktrace at WARN level.
It still logs the stack trace at DEBUG level.
