Windowtitle not set on javadocs documentation

Would it be possible to set the windowtitle on the javadocs documentation
for the API and the TLD docs in the next version of MyFaces? Currently, it's
just set to the defaults...

I'm not sure its the list. Its more likely that its the person's mail
client doing it.

I know I'm not always that vigilant about removing redundant entries
when I'm replying, but I almost never get double-entries because GMail
is the greatest email client ever.

Iif you want an invite, I've got 50.

Thanks for the quick response, much appreciated. I've got about 20 browser
windows open at present, and having an intelligble window title will help
greatly. :-)

One other thing that I've been wondering is, doesn't the list seem a little
spammy the way it's configured to reply to the author in addition to the
list by default?

Jon,

thanks for testing it ;)

here is the link you are searching for:
https://taglibrarydoc.dev.java.net/

I also tried their last JAR file.

Can you bring up that issue to their mailing list(s) ?

Thanks,
Matthias

I'm not able to get the tlddoc application to work at all. First I tried to
see if I could get it to work with a .tld file of my own. Then, I tried it
using one of the JSF RI .tlds thinking that that should be valid. But, I'm
receiving the following error. As far as I can tell tlddoc is an unsupported
tool from Sun? If I remember correctly, I found it on Sun's Web site several
months ago, however, I can't find it there anymore...

C:\jsf1.1fcs-src\jsf-ri\conf\share>java -jar \tlddoc-1_0\tlddoc.jar

One other thing that I noticed is that you are only setting the doctitle and
not the windowtitle for the tlddoc task. And then on the javadoc task, you
are doing the opposite. Ideally, you would set both for both.

I found out that this is a known issue.

https://taglibrarydoc.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=5

One hack that I can think of would be to use the Ant <replace> task to
replace the text http://java.sun.com/JSP/TagLibraryDescriptor with
http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee, run tlddoc, then do another replace to
change it back. It's a hack, but, it's probably the easiest fix until the
tlddoc developers come up with a fix.
