But I'd like to *strongly* encourage as much non-trivial conversation  
as possible on the harmony-dev list, rather than IRC.  IRC is good  
for quick chats, but when you do design work there, it leaves a  
significant part of the community out of it, and have no useable  
record for posterity.  Posting IRC logs to -dev won't work - they are  
hard to read and get the 'groove' of the context....
