GEODE-5342: Fix disk-store validation in commands
- Fixed minor warnings.
- Replaced the usage of `junit.Assert` by `assertj`.
- Offline gfsh comamnds related to disk-stores avoid creating the
disk-store's folder if it doesn't exist already.
