Small issue with OFBiz site commits

Hi,

I may be wrong and it might be another reason. But before recent infra changes because of the Jira attack, when I commited to 
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ofbiz/site, and then updated at www/ofbiz.apache.org, it was not preventing the automatic process 
to publish the files (every half an hour I think). But since then(?) it seems that because the writing permission is not given to 
groups the process is not able to publish. Could this be a problem on my side? If yes, what should I do to avoid preventing the 
automatic process to publish?
