Unsubscribing the mailing list from the Jira
I can't figure out how to get the mailing list unsubscribed from the
Jira, but it must be possible. Does anyone have any idea how to do
this?
Thanks,
Ethan

There is a heated debate going on the INFRA mailing list about
removing all JIRA notifications from being sent to the dev mailing
list.
It appears that this may be configurable. When I get access to this
JIRA functionality, I'll report back on what is possible.

Looking now ..
I found ...
"Mail Configuration: Mail notifications from this project will come
from the default address"
and
"Notification Scheme: Esme Notification Scheme "
looks like we may need to create a task for INFRA...

Sure, let's see how that works. Out of curiosity, do you have any
access to change the way Jira formats the subject line of the emails
it sends?

I now have access to our JIRA notification scheme.
Here are the events that are currently sent to the dev mailing list:
* Issue Created
* Issue Updated
* Issue Assigned
* Issue Resolved
* Issue Closed
* Issue Commented
* Issue Comment Edited
* Issue Reopened
* Issue Deleted
* Issue Moved
What about just keeping:
* Issue Created
* Issue Commented
Thoughts?
