Description:
The bug was found on Azure on Firefox browser. Perhaps it's related to all clouds.
*Preconditions:*
# Zeppelin is created on Azure
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Got to list of resources page
# Click on notebook name pop-up
# Hover the mouse Apache Zeppelin link
*Actual result:*
1. There are three dots instead of copy icon
*Expected result:*
1. Copy icon is present
