compiler warnings buildbot

I have a build configuration that currently does
autogen+configure+'make' and has no errors or warnings at all.
I suggest we make a buildbot out of it so we don't have to point new
compiler warnings on IRC all the time.

That's the build env, tested on 64 bit Ubuntu 12.04 (precise).

(and yes I'm aware of sqlite3wrapper.c, for some reason the pragma's
there don't seem to kick in)
