Joseph can you assign the tasks SPARK-8542 SPARK-8543 and SPARK-8544 to me.

In our project I and my colleague Suresh Sreeneechemy, we had a deliverable to export and import our model in PMML format 
and we have minimal implementation done for both export.
We have implemented importers as well to check the exported model can be imported back again and is valid.
We would like to contribute back to the project.
