OOZIE-87 added testCommaSeparatedFilesAndArchives to TestMapReduceActionExecutor.  TestMapReduceActionExecutorUberJar subclasses TestMapReduceActionExecutor to run a test using Uber Jars which has to currently be disabled as its not supported on the current version of Hadoop 1 we're using.  To save time and reduce redundancy, the additional tests inherited from TestMapReduceActionExecutor are overridden and made empty so as to effectively skip them in TestMapReduceActionExecutorUberJar.  This needs to be done with testCommaSeparatedFilesAndArchives.  Alternatively, TestMapReduceActionExecutorUberJar could be refactored to not subclass TestMapReduceActionExecutor.
