We should provide local filter steps. Currently, if you want to filter elements from paths or lists (or maps?), you have to do {{unfold().filter().fold()}}.

Not sure if that only affects {{filter()}}, or also {{has()}}, {{hasNot()}}, {{where()}}, ...
