provide bindAddress config for LookupDiscovery's multicast request and response sockets
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: RIVER-208
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RIVER-208
             Project: River
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: net_jini_discovery
    Affects Versions: jtsk_2.1
            Reporter: Bob Scheifler
            Priority: Minor

On a multi-homed system, it would be useful to be able to restrict LookupDiscovery's multicast request and response listeners to a specified bind address. It might default to null unless multicastInterfaces is configured to a single interface that is bound to a single address, in which case default to that address. Overlap with River-114.
