I've updated site.vsl transformation script to compute the relative path to style sheet, which is added to the <LINK> element in the resulting HTML pages.
I've updated build.xml to copy site.css to the docs folder only.

Also I've updated all the HTML files in xdocs folder to refer to this only style sheet.
