Old builds on cvs.apache.org now deleted

In case anyone is still using outdated links, I've deleted the old nightly builds on:

http://cvs.apache.org/builds/jakarta-jmeter/nightly/

and left a readme saying to check the JMeter home page for new links.

If/when Gump starts up again on that system, the readme file can be deleted.
