Mark Kessler resolved FLEX-13031.
---------------------------------
Resolution: Incomplete

Example link no longer functions. However different browsers handle keyboard / mouse input differently and not all pass along the keystrokes or mouse clicks in the same manner. IE such as scroll wheel in FF.

> Up and down arrow keys work intermittently. PS it may be another issue but page up, page down home and end should also be wired up to scroll the application and i think the max height for the application should be removed.
> Steps to reproduce:
> 1. Go here http://www.flexcapacitor.com/flashusers/ in FF. Resize the browser so scroll bars appear
> 2. Click on the label "Flex User Community" in the upper right or left hand corner
> 3. Press the up and down arrow keys
>
> Actual Results:
> Nothing happens. Click on an item in the link bar. Now press the up and down arrow keys
>
> Expected Results:
> application scrolls up or down
>
> Workaround (if any):
> click on the linkbar
