A release including ZOOKEEPER-1911 is required for this (unless we do a bunch of hackery to make the tarball include the required files some other way).

> Hue has added a ZooKeeper client application, however it requires the ZooKeeper rest server which is a contrib module, and the only way to run that is by downloading the source tarball. Adding a package for it would make this more convenient.
