[External-refs] Recent problem

Hi,

    I have a problem with my link site:target where target is defined in 
site.xml in   <external-refs>.
    Am I the only one or is it due to a recent svn update ?

I sent a mail about this earlier today, but it seems to ahve got lost. 
(Apache mail has been behaving strangely all day).

No, there seems to be a general problem with site: and ext: links.
Even a fresh seed will not compile properly at the moment.
