Using later Visual Studio MSVC 19.29.30145.0, two new warnings are being generated that block compilation of the native client.  

nativeclient\cppcache\src\TcrMessage.cpp(3217,12): warning C4101: 'exMsg': unreferenced local variable [C:\build\dependencies\nativeclient\cppcache\static\apache-geode-static.vcxproj]

 

nativeclient\cppcache\src\ThinClientRedundancyManager.cpp(91,58): warning C4267: 'argument': conversion from 'size_t' to 'int32_t', possible loss of data [C:\build\dependencies\nativeclient\cppcache\static\apache-geode-static.vcxproj]

 

Suggested fixes, delete exMsg as unused variable and do a static cast of the value to int32_t.
