[DISCUSS] Cordova-Fetch 1.2.1 Release

Hi everyone!

Does anyone have any reason to delay a cordova-fetch 1.2.1 release? Any outstanding patches to land?

If not, we would like to start the Cordova-Fetch 1.2.1<ma...@2.1.0> release process later today. We would like to get it out so we can update cordova-lib to use newest cordova-fetch and then be able to add support for node 8.

The versions to be released are:
- cordova-fetch 1.2.1<ma...@2.1.0>

Not sure why there are weird cordova-common typos! But this is only for cordova-fetch 1.2.1. Sorry about that. Thanks!
