KVM host alert when the management service restart

Hi all,

When I restart the cloudstack-management Service, the status of KVM hosts is "alert".
And It takes long time to change "Up".

What should I do?
Please tell me about it.

Hey, Ryota, don't forget restart management server (and "may be" cloud
agents in case of KVM).

  ping.interva = 60 --> 10 (?)
