   I want to customize zap.SugaredLogger, such as writing logs to a logging service

   Provide a function to modify the variable `sugarBaseLogger`:

   ### Describe Alternatives You've Considered
   
   Add a Func in log.go
   
   ```go
   func setLogger(logger *zap.SugaredLogger){
       sugarBaseLogger = logger
   }
   ```
