This problem still reappears also with SpamAssassin 3.2.5

I don't think so. Server works perfectly and it crash only with this 
emails...

I have update it but nothing change...

WEll, it might be hardware problem, e.g. bad memory or CPU overheating

It may also be amavisd problem. Try upgrading amavis...
